Can I order same day?
Yes, orders can be placed for the same day. If the time slot you need is not available, text 949-739-3500 to see if I can accommodate you.

Can I pick up in person?
I currently do not have a brick and mortar location, however, if you need to pick up in person, text 949-739-3500 first to see if I can accommodate you.

What areas do you deliver?
Delivery is free with a minimum order of $25 in the following cities: Foothill Ranch, Lake Forest, Portola Hills, Trabuco Canyon, Rancho Santa Margarita, Ladera Ranch, Laguna Hills, Laguna Woods, Aliso Viejo, and some South East areas of Irvine.

For an additional $20 fee I will deliver to Rancho Mission Viejo, San Juan Capistrano, San Clemente, Dana Point, Laguna Niguel, Irvine, Modjeska, Williams Canyon, and Silverado Canyon

Is there a delivery fee?
There is a $15 delivery fee if the order is less than $25 or if the delivery is in Rancho Mission Viejo, San Juan Capistrano, San Clemente, Dana Point, Laguna Niguel, Irvine, Modjeska, Williams, Canyon, and Silverado Canyon

What hours do you deliver?
Delivery hours are 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. Two-hour slots will be offered. If you have a specific time you'd like delivery or if you need delivery outside the delivery hours, please text 949-739-3500 in advance to see if I can accommodate you.

Will you deliver to a residence, school, business, hotel, or hospital?
Yes! Balloons must be accepted in person. 
Deliveries to a school will be made to the main office. Deliveries to a businesses or hotel will be made to the lobby or front desk. Latex balloons will NOT be delivered to hospitals. It is your responsibility to check with individual hospitals to determine if mylar balloon bouquet deliveries are permitted. 

What if I'm not home to accept my delivery?
Balloon deliveries can be left with a neighbor, or left in a safe place if you wish. Alternatively, you can request a different time by texting 949-739-3500 to see if I can accommodate you.

What is your cancellation policy? 
Customers are required to cancel at least 48 hours prior to delivery by texting 949-739-3500 to receive a full refund. A text response back will be your confirmation the cancellation is approved.

Late cancellations will be subject to a fee of up to 50% of total of order value.
